General Counsel and Board Member

The Real Food Campaign, www.realfoodcampaign.org, a project of Remineralize the Earth, www.remineralize.org, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 1996 and dedicated to increasing the nutritional density of the world's food through action and education. This is an exciting campaign, at the intersection of the environmental movement, the sustainable/organic/biodynamic agriculture movement, and the health care debate.

We are seeking a new member for our steering committee/board that will bring a passion for creating and enjoying healthier food, along with legal expertise. We need a counsel who enjoys the give and take of developing a new organization, with the experience and legal acumen to keep the campaign moving forward. Immediate primary responsibilities would included a legal audit of the project, defining employee/volunteer relationships, and maintaining current nonprofit status relationship. Future issues can run the gamut from government regulations to copyright and IP.

This is a pro-bono position, and the compensation shall be personal and internally derived. The Real Food Campaign is looking for someone who can spend up to 10 hours per month, and can commit to one meeting per month. If you are a foodie, a greenie, a localvore, a gardener, a farmer, or a lover of vegetables, who also happens to be an attorney, be assured that your association with this Campaign will be very educational, and the legal issues fun and interesting.

We are ambitiously envisioning a website to serve the many constituents of the RFC. As primarily a group of Earth keepers we might not have identified all the IT support we need! Please let us know if you are one of those 'in the know' when it comes to internet solutions and services. Build the RFC website. Support the audio-visual Library development information database to support farmers & gardeners learning how to grow nutrient dense food. Please contact Delia.

Videographer / Audio Visual Editor

Produce a series of videos of Dan Kittredge's ND teaching workshops: short versions for YouTube and full-length versions (Webinars?) for remote online learners. If you have expertise in film production or editing, or know where we might find funding for this video work, contact Dan or Tad.

Agricultural Researcher

Support nutrient-dense ag research. We believe that it is critically important to grow the body of knowledge showing the many benefits of increased nutrient density in food, and to involve farmers in the design of these research projects. Contact Dan or Tad.
